Southside Housing Association

Client: Southside Housing Association - is one West of Scotland’s well known and largest housing association. Based in Glasgow it provides a host of housing related services to a diverse group of people.

Mission: Modify the existing identity to be more legible and print friendly. Design support service leaflets targeted at potentially vulnerable / disadvantaged customers. Design a web site for the association that oozes professionalism, highlights its community focus and varied services to a diverse customers base. Assist in the association’s strategic goals of widening its management provision to smaller local housing associations. Finally help promote the associations stock of shared equity properties through an advertising campaign at a time when getting onto the property ladder for the young and jobless is near impossible.
